Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Pickaxe's Role

Pickaxe coordinates equipment sourcing, supplier introductions, logistics, deployment, and hosting. Unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise, Pickaxe is not the equipment seller, merchant of record, manufacturer, or warrantor. Equipment payments, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the identified manufacturer's or independent supplier's transaction documents.

Sourcing Requests and Supplier Allocations

  • A website inquiry or sourcing request is not a binding equipment transaction and does not reserve availability.
  • Pricing, condition, availability, payment timing, allocation, delivery, title, cancellation, and return terms must be confirmed by the applicable supplier.
  • Once a supplier allocation is accepted or funded, supplier payments may become non-refundable under the applicable supplier agreement.
  • Requests based on market changes, cryptocurrency prices, network difficulty, or projected mining results remain subject to the supplier's cancellation policy.
  • Manufacturer, carrier, customs, utility, site-readiness, and other third-party delays do not automatically create a right to cancel or receive a refund from Pickaxe.

Pickaxe Service Fees

Any sourcing, logistics, inspection, deployment, or coordination fee paid directly to Pickaxe is governed by the applicable service agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, earned fees and costs already incurred are non-refundable. If work has not begun and no third-party cost has been committed, contact us promptly and we will review the request.

Equipment Condition and Warranties

Equipment condition and warranty coverage are determined by the applicable supplier and manufacturer. Pickaxe may assist with communications or claim coordination but does not independently warrant equipment. Returns, exchanges, repair remedies, and warranty claims must follow the applicable supplier or manufacturer process.

Hosting Services

  • Hosting fees, electricity charges, setup costs, deposits, and prepayments are governed by the signed hosting agreement.
  • Fees for completed hosting periods, consumed electricity, installation, logistics, and other completed services are non-refundable.
  • Any refundable security deposit is returned according to the hosting agreement after outstanding charges, damage, removal, and other obligations are resolved.
  • Changes in mining profitability do not create a right to cancel a hosting term or receive a refund.
  • Pickaxe does not guarantee mining profit, output, uptime, cryptocurrency value, or tax treatment.

How to Request Review

To request a cancellation or refund review for a fee paid directly to Pickaxe, email info@pickaxe.io with the applicable quote, invoice, or service agreement number. If the request concerns an equipment payment made to a supplier, we will identify the applicable supplier process but cannot override that supplier's terms.

Disputes and Questions

Disputes with Pickaxe are governed by our Terms of Service and the applicable signed service agreement. Equipment transaction disputes may be governed by separate supplier terms. For questions, contact info@pickaxe.io or +1 (916) 633-7729.

Important: Transaction-specific supplier and service documents control if they conflict with this general policy. Have this policy reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it.
