Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
All hardware purchases and hosting services from Pickaxe Crypto Mining Inc. are final, non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency markets and the specialized nature of mining equipment, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
Hardware Purchases
- All Purchase Orders are irrevocable once submitted
- Hardware is sold "AS IS"
- Down payments and full payments are non-refundable
- Changes in market conditions, cryptocurrency prices, or mining difficulty do not entitle buyers to a refund
- Manufacturer warranty claims must be pursued directly with the manufacturer. For hosted equipment, Pickaxe will assist with the warranty process on your behalf
Hosting Services
- All hosting fees, prepayments, and deposits are non-refundable
- Hosting agreements run for the full duration of the contract term with no early cancellation
- Security deposits are returned after the contract term expires, provided the account is in good standing
