How is a transaction of this size settled?
Purchases are settled upfront by bank wire or cryptocurrency. For wires, we work directly with banks to validate the transaction, including KYC/AML, source-of-funds, and information verification. Either way, you receive an executed contract, inventory assignment, and deployment confirmation.
Who holds title to the hardware?
You do, from day one. Units are titled to you or your entity with full ownership documentation. Hosting is purely a service agreement and never encumbers your equipment.
Is the equipment insured?
Full-value transit insurance is included during logistics. On-site equipment coverage once racked is additional; we can work with your existing insurance provider or help facilitate a policy. Certificates of insurance are available for your diligence.
How fast can capital be deployed?
Typical mandates go from first call to hashing in 14–45 days depending on allocation size and facility selection. Priority production slots compress this further for reserved clients.
What reporting do we receive?
Consolidated fleet performance, production, and uptime reporting on your cadence, monthly or quarterly, formatted for your books, under NDA.
What if we want to exit the position?
Hardware is a titled, transferable asset. The desk assists with secondary placement and resale, and hosting agreements can be assigned to a buyer.
Where does the power come from, and how durable is the rate?
Power sourcing, contract structure, and rate stability vary site by site; grid, behind-the-meter, and PPA-backed arrangements are all in the portfolio. Your advisor walks through the specifics of each candidate facility on your consultation.
What does the hosting rate include, and what SLA applies?
Rate inclusions, uptime terms, and curtailment expectations depend on the facility and the conditions of your order. The exact all-in economics and SLA are laid out per site during your consultation, before you commit.
What happens if a facility closes or we need to relocate?
Your hardware is your titled asset and is never stranded. Hosting agreements address relocation and reassignment, and with facilities in five states the desk can shift a fleet between sites. Specific terms are set in your hosting agreement.
