Most repairs can be done in-house by our on-site technicians, getting your machine back online quickly. For warranty claims, we coordinate directly with manufacturers on your behalf. There are tech fees for repairs (it's a real cost we incur), but having repairs done locally saves significant time versus shipping machines across the country.

Mining rewards are sent directly to your personal wallet. For Bitcoin mining, payouts typically occur daily once you reach the pool's minimum threshold. You maintain full custody of your coins at all times.

You pay a monthly hosting fee that covers electricity, facility costs, and 24/7 monitoring. Our current rate is $0.08/kWh all-in. There are no hidden fees, management fees, or revenue shares - you keep 100% of what you mine.

You own your hardware outright and can sell anytime - we can help facilitate the sale. For relocating equipment, note that to secure low-cost electricity rates and rack space, we require 1-year term contracts for hosting.

For in-stock equipment, setup usually takes 2-3 weeks. Custom orders or large deployments may take longer depending on manufacturer lead times.

You own your hardware outright - it's legally yours. In the unlikely event we close operations, your machines would be shipped to you or a location of your choice, or we'd help facilitate a sale. We're not a cloud mining or contract scheme - you have a real physical asset.

Our dashboard shows real-time hashrate, uptime, and earnings pulled directly from the mining pool. You can also verify independently by logging into your pool account - the hashrate reported should match. No black box.

There's no minimum order. You can start with a single machine to test us out, then scale up when you're comfortable. Many of our larger clients started with just 1-5 units.

We accept wire transfers, Bitcoin, and other major cryptocurrencies for equipment purchases. For hosting fees, we also accept credit cards. For larger orders, we can discuss payment terms.

Absolutely. Many clients start small and scale up over time. We have ongoing rack space available and can accommodate growth. Just reach out when you're ready to expand.

It depends on the hardware. SHA-256 machines (like the Antminer S21) mine Bitcoin. Scrypt miners (like the L9) mine Litecoin and Dogecoin. We also support Zcash miners and other algorithms. Let us know what you're interested in and we can recommend the right equipment.
