1. The Referral Program is open to individuals or entities with an active account at Pickaxe. Referrals must be new customers who have not previously purchased from or engaged with Pickaxe.
2. Participants must meet Pickaxe eligibility requirements. The program may not be available in all regions and is subject to local laws.
3. A referral is considered "qualified" when the referred party: Completes a purchase of mining equipment, and pays in full. The referred customer must mention the referrer at the time of purchase or complete the referral form prior to engaging with our sales team.

6. There is no limit to the number of individuals or businesses you may refer. There is no cap on cumulative rewards, provided all referrals meet program criteria.
7. Pickaxe reserves the right to deny referral rewards if: Fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected, the referred transaction is canceled, refunded, or disputed. The referred customer is not legitimately new or the referral process was not followed. Final decisions are at the sole discretion of Pickaxe.
8. Only contact merchants who’ve consented to receive messages from you. You are responsible for ensuring all communication complies with applicable laws.
9. Promoting your referral code using paid ads targeting Pickaxe or crypto-related keywords is not allowed. Violating this may result in deactivation and loss of rewards.
